Welcome to InfluForge ("InfluForge", "we", "us", or "our"). We are a company operating under the laws of the jurisdiction in which InfluForge operates. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our AI-powered virtual influencer generation services, including feature-based AI model creation, AI clone training, and batch photo generation, available at https://influforge.tech (the "Service").
By creating an account, subscribing to any plan, purchasing credits, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you: (a) are at least 18 years of age; (b) have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms; (c) agree to our Privacy Policy; and (d) are authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or any organization you represent.
Important: If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. Continued use after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
InfluForge provides an AI-powered platform that enables users to create virtual influencer models and generate images through artificial intelligence. The Service includes:
The Service is a digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) product delivered over the internet. Access is granted immediately upon payment confirmation. Due to the instant delivery nature of digital services, refunds are subject to specific limitations as described in Section 7.
Important: The Service relies on third-party AI model providers for image generation. These include industry-standard models such as Flux, Kling, and other mainstream AI image generation models. The performance and availability of the Service may be affected by these providers' operational status. Significant disruptions will be communicated to users promptly.
AI Output Disclaimer: AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. Do not rely on AI-generated content for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Always verify with qualified professionals before taking action based on AI content.
Using the Service requires creating an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
If registering on behalf of a company or organization, you declare that you are authorized to enter into this agreement for that entity.
We offer subscription plans for accessing the Service. Current plans and pricing are available at https://influforge.tech/pricing. We reserve the right to modify plan features or introduce new plans at any time. Price changes follow Section 3.2.
Important — Billing Authorization: When you provide a payment method and subscribe to a paid plan, you explicitly authorize InfluForge to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fees on a recurring periodic basis. This recurring authorization remains in effect until you cancel your subscription as described in Section 6.
Your subscription auto-renews at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled. For annual subscriptions, we will send a renewal notice before charging your payment method. Please ensure your payment method details are current to avoid service interruption.
Billing Descriptor: Charges will appear on your statement as "InfluForge" or "VA" followed by the plan name. If you have questions about charges on your statement, please contact us at billing@influforge.tech before disputing with your bank.
Unless otherwise stated, all prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (including VAT, GST, sales tax, etc.). Where required by law, we will collect and remit the appropriate taxes.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through either:
Cancellation takes effect immediately. We will send a confirmation email within 10 minutes.
If you believe a charge is in error, please contact us at billing@influforge.tech before initiating a dispute with your bank or payment provider. We commit to responding within 2 business days and resolving confirmed billing errors within 5 business days.
Due to the instant delivery nature of our digital service, subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except as described below.
Send refund requests to refunds@influforge.tech with your account email, transaction ID, and reason for the refund. We will confirm within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 10 business days.
Subject to these Terms, AI content generated by your inputs ("Output Content") belongs to you. You may use Output Content for any lawful purpose permitted under Section 8.
When you submit content to the Service ("Input Content"), you grant InfluForge a limited, non-exclusive license solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We will not use your Input Content for training AI models without your explicit consent.
The Service uses third-party AI model providers including Flux, Kling, and other mainstream models. Output content may be influenced by these providers' models. We do not guarantee specific output quality and are not responsible for content generated by third-party models.
AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI Output Content before relying on it.
You may only use the Service for lawful purposes consistent with these Terms, including personal productivity, business automation, and research and development activities.

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy at https://influforge.tech/privacy. Payment card data is processed exclusively by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor (Waffo Pancake) and is not stored on our servers. Account data is retained for 90 days after cancellation, then deleted.
If a security incident affecting your rights occurs, we will notify you and relevant regulatory authorities within 72 hours of discovery. Please keep your account credentials secure and do not share them with others.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR AI OUTPUT ACCURACY.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, InfluForge IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
These Terms remain effective during your use of the Service. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or are required by law. If we terminate the Service for reasons not attributable to your breach, we will provide a proportional refund for unused prepaid portions. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@influforge.tech.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which InfluForge operates. Before initiating formal proceedings, please contact us at legal@influforge.tech to attempt informal resolution. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally may be subject to binding arbitration.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated at least 14 days in advance via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain fully effective. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the complete agreement between you and InfluForge.
